The casa is beautifully decorated, easy to live-in one bedroom with a King bed, luxurious bathroom, a nice sized fully equipped kitchenette and windows opening to Quebrada street. There is a mini split that can easily climate control all of Casa Amapola.
Casa Amapola invites you to all the amenities described above.
2.CASA ROMERO, Available for weeks rentals
$ 700.00 USD per week
Casa Romero is a large studio apartment. Casa Romero is also completely newly renovated. The bed is a queen sized, luxury bedding with a full bathroom. There is a mini split to offer maximum climate control of Casa Romero.
Although Romero has no kitchen, there are many fine restaurants within walking distance that serve breakfast/lunch and dinner.
You can also enjoy those fabulous amenities within the enclave.
3.CASA LAVANDA (the crown jewel)

Casa Lavanda is a large one bedroom masterfully renovated with beautiful finishes, beautiful furniture and a beautiful view from the beautiful roof garden. No need to mince words, this is a fantastic option to enjoy high season or low season in San Miguel in Historico Centro.
There the kitchen is not large but fully equipped. The sitting room can have a TV if you wish and the bathroom has a designer tub and glass shower. The mini split in the bedroom is large enough to render perfect climate control through-out Casa Lavanda.
A short few steps up is the magnificent roof garden. You can see from the photos that the roof garden is large, spacious and can accommodate a fair amount of people for a lovely gathering. Two comfortable seating areas and a large umbrella to supply shade. The landscaping on the roof is beautiful and maintained by a gardener.
