Rates include taxes, service fees, housekeeping cleaning & mid-week laundry.

-Nightly: $1,300 USD per night, minimum 3-night stay (averages $260/bedroom/night)

-Weekly: $5,200 USD for 7 nights (less than $150/bedroom/night)

-Monthly: $15,000 USD for 4 weeks

Rates are higher for Christmas, New Year’s Week, Semana Santa, Thanksgiving, Día de Independencia and other peak season events and holidays. Price provided upon request.

The wonderful housekeeper Luzma has worked with the owner´s family since 2009.  She keeps an immaculate house and provides light cooking and laundry service.  Her hours are Monday- Friday from 9:00am-3:30pm; Saturdays until 12:30pm.  Full meal prep and/or catering is not included but can easily be arranged for a fee.
